Last week in San Diego, California, the international team of FocalPoint Business Coaching converged for our annual conference.
Sharing tactics, client successes, and future vision, the elite executive business coaches and trainers spent three great days together. The conference featured breakout sessions that allowed coaches to share a wealth of information that only the 200+ Brian Tracy powered organization can bring to the table.
The California business coach team was honored with the Area of the Year Award, recognizing us as the major contributor to our organization as a whole. Leaders among leaders… WOW!
As the Area Representative for Los Angeles and Central California, I’d like to extend a huge thank you to the Executive Business Coaches of Los Angeles (pictured here) as well as Robert Hechler and Peter Irish for partnership and Stephen Thompson for Leadership and Vision.
Other highlights of the conference included Brian Tracy in his full, unapologetic yet pragmatic analysis of how to get things done. Brian, in his non-politically correct manner reminded us all that we have No Excuses to full responsibility for ourselves. I won’t use Brian’s words, but our dear friend and example Alvin Law will share Brian’s specific analysis if you ask.
