Cynde Herman has more than 20 years of experience in business administration, operations, and human resources (talent management, leadership development, organizational development) in a variety of settings – physician practices, small businesses, and hospital administration. In these settings, she has served in leadership roles including Director, Administrator, and COO/CAO.
Cynde Herman graduated with her MBA from the University of Redlands. She then continued her studies, finishing her doctorate in leadership and a second Master’s in Adult Education at Capella University. In addition to her business experience and education background, she has taught leadership at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
She is a board certified coach, accomplished facilitator/trainer, and certified in organizational development in addition to being a Fellow of the American College of HealthCare Executives. She also has two senior certifications in Human Resources – SPHR, SHRM-SCP.
