Almost every business owner is asking that question: How can I grow my business faster? But this is the wrong question to ask. It might seem like the most obvious question to ask, but what you really need to ask if you want to see your business grow is not how, but why.

Why is that important?

Why isn’t it happening right now?

When you stop asking yourself how and start asking yourself why, then you begin to uncover what your real issues are. When you understand your desire for growth, you can resolve the issues that are preventing you from moving forward and achieving the growth that you seek.

Have you ever watched one of those programs about a restaurant owner or bar owner who needs to be “rescued”? To everyone watching the program, it’s easy to see why they are failing. All of their issues are out there for the world to see, yet these owners are completely oblivious to them. It is the case of “the king has no clothes”. They are only seeing what they want to see and refuse to acknowledge the things they just don’t want to know.
